Keeping track of quotations, where they're at and who needs to do what are critical in a business environment.
Incorporating some of the features on Job Control, Actions maintains a list of actions pending or completed and can generate documents emails and SMS messages
The tab displays a grid of actions on the current quote according to checkboxes selected.
Dropdowns let you select:
Status. Either Pending, Completed or Not Applicable
Owner Each action has an owner responsible for completing that action
Communique Each action can have a communique attached: A document, email or SMS message that the system can generate
If the user permission "Auto generate Action Report" is set in Setup and there are uncompleted actions due this day, you will be prompted to run the action report whenever you enter the main screen.
Toolbar:
Increment Menu. Allows the dates on selected actions to be increased (or decreased if amount is negative) by an input number of days, weeks or months
by Days
by Weeks
by Months
Adds a new action
Selects or deselects all actions
Deletes selected actions
Saves selected or all actions as a standard template file
Loads a previously saved standard template file
Processes communiques on selected actions
