Adding Quantities

There are many ways to add items to a bill of quantities.

From Quantities

Press the New button

Select Actions/New menu item (ctrl-N)

Drag and drop an existing item to the area below the last item

Copy and Paste Items

Copy and Paste Cost Centres

Split Item

From Price List Search

Drag & Drop item(s) to items grid

Press the New button

From Recipes

Explode Recipes

From Copy Quantities

Copy

From Import Quantities

Import gets items from external sources such as CAD systems

From XML import

Import gets items from external sources such as CAD systems

From Graphical Take-Off

Export to Quantities converts take-off into a bill

From Macros

Run macros whose actions include Addnew item, copy quantities or explode recipes

From Front End
