Databuild now has the ability to print company logos on all Crystal Reports. These are the 130 odd standard reports whose layouts are not editable.
By default, reports have a Databuild Logo.
Replacing the deault logo with your own is simple:
To change the logo on ALL companies:
In Setup/Defaults, double click the logo image and your default bitmap editor will load and edit this image.
Alternatively, if you have original artwork or you can scan an existing image, save this file as "c:\DBWReportLogo.bmp"
If this is not a valid file, the system will copy "DBWReportLogo.bmp" from the program directory. Therefore if you are running Databuild from your server, changeing this file on your server will propogate the change to all workstations when they start Databuild.
The Height of the image should be limited to 160 pixels, and the width should be limited to 300.
However, if you want to the logo as a watermark, use a page sized image with a light stippled image
To remove the logo altogether, type "NONE" in the file path area.
If you want your logo to vary from company to company, set your logo files in Setup/Company
