Summary
Transactions can be archived to one Archive Job
This then allows the archived jobs to be deleted without affecting the overall accounting integrity

Options
Include Cost Transactions- Invoices & Journals are included
Include Income Transactions- Claims & Journals are included. This allows costs and income to be archived to separate jobs
Prefix Comments- Comments are prefixed "ex {JobNo}:"
Re-allocate GL Accounts- GL accounts are set to the defaults for the Cost Centre
If you do archive to a Job this cannot be undone and all the jobs selected will merge to the Archive job selected - Please ensure you or your IT has back up copies of the Database files before proceeding
