Databuild can now batch orders for later processing. There are several scenarios where this is useful:
| • | Rather than printing orders for a whole job at once, they can can be printed as required. |
| • | Orders to selected suppliers can be grouped and printed. |
| • | The order printing and/or transmission can be centralised: Estimators or Supervisors can add orders to the batch while an orders clerk produces and distributes the orders. |
| • | Orders that are not yet ready (either no quantities or no supplier selected) are highlighted. |
| • | Job Control can automatically add orders to the batch as and when they are required, elimenating missed orders. |

The Order Batch can be viewed from the Order Printing screen. Individual orders can be selected for processing.
Orders can be added to the order batch by:
| • | Pressing the update button in Order Printing. Orders that otherwise would be processed are instead added to the batch. |
