Batching Orders

Top  Previous  Next

Databuild can now batch orders for later processing. There are several scenarios where this is useful:

Rather than printing orders for a whole job at once, they can can be printed as required.

Orders to selected suppliers can be grouped and printed.

The order printing and/or transmission can be centralised: Estimators or Supervisors can add orders to the batch while an orders clerk produces and distributes the orders.

Orders that are not yet ready (either no quantities or no supplier selected) are highlighted.

Job Control can automatically add orders to the batch as and when they are required, elimenating missed orders.
