For each Cost Centre, the following data is shown:

Cost Centre Code
Cost Centre Name
| Budget | Bill Estimate. On exiting Estimating the estimates for each cost centre can be saved as budgets unless the Budgets are locked |
| Invoiced | Total of all invoices and journal entries to date to that Job/Cost centre |
| Forecast | Forecast = The greater of Budget and Projected Invoice (Invoiced / (% Complete / 100)) |
| If there is a manually entered forecast, then Forecast = manually entered forecast |
If Ordered is greater than Forecast then Forecast = Ordered
| If % Complete = 100 then Forecast = Invoiced |
| % Comp | Manual Input, or calculated at posting or completions menu |
