Summary
This module lets you copy all or part of an order profile from another job
Details
Order Profiles contain all data necessary to place orders such as the supplier assigned, delivery dates and notes attached to the orders.
Rather than re-enter this information from scratch every time you start a new job, it is much easier to copy all this information from another job. Often "dummy" jobs are setup just to hold these profiles
This is the same process that can be run from Copy Quantities
The current Job Database is displayed. You can select another by clicking on the database name
Various parts of the profile can be copied:
Suppliers
Notes
Dates
Amounts
Attachments
Finally, the profile can be copied to either:
The Current Cost Centre in the Orders grid
All cost Centres
All cost centres that have some quantities
Toolbar
Deletes the order Profile on the current job
Copies Order profile
Closes the routine
