Dragging and dropping is used widely throughout Databuild programs for a variety of reasons:
| • | Moving lines within a grid |
| • | Setting values of selected items |
Examples of dragging and dropping in Databuild:
| • | Resizing forms internally |
| • | In Price File: selecting a group of items and dropping them onto the Cost Centre drop down box will set all those items to that Cost Centre |
| • | Changing the order of items in Cost Centres/ Quantities |
| • | Dropping Selected items into a Bill |
To drag and drop:
| • | Click on an item/sizing bar/table line. |
| • | Hold the mouse button down |
| • | Move the cursor to where you want to place the item |
| • | Release the mouse button. |
