Databuild Purchase Orders can be emailed in a number of formats, selectable on a supplier by supplier basis.

 

Each purchase order is in the form of a standard email with an attached file specifying the order.

 

Additional files such as drawings, specifications etc can be attached to the same emails. These are specified in Order Notes, and are included in Order Profiles.

The filenames to be attached can contain special fields [Job] and [Job Type]. This makes it easy to establish a systematic system of document delivery to accompany orders.
