This module is now redundant. Access can be removed in Setup/ User permissions
Grid view gives a tabular view of the current job schedule. This makes data editing faster, and drag and drop operation a lot easier.
The displayed columns can be determined by selecting the before,after, Days and Targets check boxes.
Double clicking a date will lock or unlock it.
To add new activities, drag and drop from the Activities screen.
To assign dependencies ,
| • | select activities,drag and drop them onto a before or after column of another activity. This sets the before or after value of all those selected activities. |
| • | Click the drop-downs in the before or after columns and select dependencies from the list |
Each Action activity has an Owner drop down. Milestones and Orders activities have this field greyed out
Double clicking an activity timebar loads the Activity Status screen
