Quantities can be imported from a variety of files. These could come from CAD systems, external packages or spreadsheets or other Databuild systems

A Number of Formats are Supported:
ACAD Generic Data
AP Design CDL
Caddsman
DRC Auto
After selecting a file, it will be displayed in the right panel, if it less than 64 k
Options
Default Cost Centre Sets Cost Centre if none is specified in import file
Insert Leading Zeros Mainly used when importing from Databuild DOS systems, pads out numeric item codes to 4 numbers
Delete Existing Bill Clears all existing items before importing.
Imports into source Jobs XML Formats only
Imports data into the job(s) it came from, rather than the selected job. Creates the job if it doesn't exist.
Create price list items XML Formats only
If items are found that are not in the price list, they are created
If the selected format is Fixed Position or Separated values, additional fields become visible. These are used to specify the format, which can then be saved to disk
