An Index Tab has 2 tabs representing the 2 possible Picture sources:
Price List. Pictures are set in the pictures tab in the Catalogue module
Bill. Pictures can be added directly to the current bill item using the File command button 
Pictures can be printed in Orders and Bill Reports
