Notes

Databuild holds a series of notes: blocks of text that can be stored and accessed by other parts of the system.

There are 3 main types of notes:

Standard Notes.

Blocks of text that can be accessed by purchase orders and the like where instead of re-entering blocks of text each time you require them, you assign a standard note to them and merely point to them

General Notes

Each Job, Supplier and Contact has a block of text that you can modify at any time.

User Notes

General Notes can be substituted for User Notes which is a series of datestamped notes attached to each user.
