Summary This is where individual options are set up, maintained and referenced back to the parent databuild system There are 3 different forms of options, differentiated by their scope:
Global Options: Available on all quotes, regardless of model Model Options: Available on selected models only. Any option can be available on one, many or indeed all models PC Items: Basically the same as model options except that the generated text can be presented in a tabular form in Proposals and Contracts

The left panel displays all existing options and includes a checkbox to indicate whether each is a PC item or a normal option Normal options and PC Items are functionally identical, they just get separated for proposals and contracts
The right panel includes 3 tabs:
Each option is assigned
Each option is made up of any number of ingredients. Each ingredient is either:
Prices of each option are set here and the markup calculated based on the costs of individual ingredients. Alternatively, changing the markup field and pressing
Repricing is done using the job and system databases specified for each option. These databases can be selected by nominating a company or by selecting some or all options and dragging to the company, system database or job database fields.
Brochure, Proposal and Contract
These texts get appended to the corresponding texts of the current model when creating proposals, Contracts and brochures
Holds a list of variables attached to the current option. These combine with variables from the current model to build up a variables list for each quote. They can then have their values set before (or after) transfer to the parent Databuild system where they find their way right through to purchase orders.
