Maintains Pay Classifications used in Timesheet routine, and sets chargeout rates for each.
It is also used to nominate what pay classifications apply to each employee

If different employees have different chargeout rates, you setup multiple pay classifications

Creates a new Pay Classification
Deletes the current or Selected Pay Classification(s)
Sets the selected rows as the pay classifications applicable to the current employee
Previews Pay Classification Report
Closes the routine
