Prevent Recipes generating multiple templates

When recipes explode, if the ingredients items have templates in the price list, then that template will load into the ingredients workup text.

If there are multiple instances of that ingredient, and you combine like items, the template will be repeated for each instance of the ingredient.

Sometimes this is just what is required, as with a cutting list. Other times it is a nuisance.

The solution in these cases is to include [No Workup] in the recipe formula of the ingredient
