Summary
Controls the Crystal Reports files used by the system
Details

A grid holds all Crystal Reports files in the system.
| Code | This is the code the system uses to find the report, so it should not be altered |
| Title | Title printed at the top of the report |
| Report File | If no path is included, then the system will look in the Reports Folder |
| Bytes | File size. If blank, the file does not exist, or is not accessible |
| Date | Date each report was last modified |
| DBTables | Databases and tables the report requires. A multi-line field (you may have to expand the row height to see it) with each line representing a location and table as required by the report file |
e.g. S>Supplier indicates the Supplier table in the System database.
J=Job, S=System, U=User, C=Common, T=Transaction
| DB types | Databases required. Equal to the first characters on each line of DBTables |
| Category | Used Solely as the headings grouping for the Reports report. |
Toolbar
NEW Creates a new report. Non standard reports can be called from the main reports menu
DELETE Deletes the current or Selected report(s)
FACTORY Sets Factory Settings. All reports and Titles are set to their initial values
REPORT Previews Reports report
EXIT Closes the routine
