Quantities Reports

Details

Produces the following 6 reports on the current or selected jobs:

Quantity Surveyors format Bill of Quantities, Databuild format Bill of Quantities

Prints bills of quantities report using the last saved price levels in 2 different formats. Thes reports can also be obtained for the current job in Quantities/Reports

Specification.

Builds up a document from the specification texts of all items in the bill, and from any text in the workup text following "START SPECIFICATION" in each item in the order the items appear in the bill

Rich Text Specification.

Builds up the same specification document using an RTF layout which can be selected and edited using the and buttons.

Differences from Parent.

Reports on additions, deletions and changes by comparing to parent job (usually the job initial quantities were copied from, but can be set in Jobs/Details)

Differences from Job.

The same report as above, but compared to an input job and database.

Options

If you only want selected cost centres, use the to open up the cost centre child grid and select the ones you want

New page for each new Cost Centre

Prompt Text Variables        The system stops for input of any missing Text Variables
