Maintains Retentions. When posting invoices or claims, the system can be set to apply retentions

The module controls the theory behind Retention
Each retention has a Name and an Initial % withheld to be retained, up to a maximum % withheld of the contracted amount.
Months before payment allow anticipated retention payment dates.
Retentions are not placed on invoices less than the minimum invoice amount
