Q Summary

 

The Left panel shows all Jobs. These Jobs can be limited by selecting from the Job Status drop-down or by using the grid filters.

Select multiple jobs to get reports on all selected jobs

 

The right panel holds an index tab with three tabs:

 

Summary

Produces summary report on single or selected jobs. Options:

Store Budgets                During processing, the system stores estimates as budgets

Reprice                        Before processing, the system reprices job(s) as at the specified date

Cost Ctr Groups                Reports can be amalgamated into Cost Centre Sub-Groups

All Cost Centres                Cost Centres without any values can be shown/suppressed

Group sub-totals                Cost Centres are grouped and totalled by sub-group

Use Cost Ctr markups        By Applying the markups set in Cost Centres, you can set differing markups

Amalgamate Jobs                Selected Jobs can be amalgamated into a single report

Markups                        3 Levels can be set to apply to the total of cost centres and any line markups

Show Cost per                Costs can be compared to a nominated Number Variable such as FloorArea

GST Mode                

 

 

 

 

Comparison

Used when you want to compare one job with another

Options

Select database                You can compare with a job in another database

Compare                        The basis for comparison can be either Budget, Actual (invoices), Ordered or Bill amounts

Reprice                        The comparison Job can be repriced as at the specified date

Change To                The price level of all items in the Comparison job can be changed

 

Movement

 

Q SummaryMovement

 

Movement of job costs over time can be tracked. The system uses historical pricing to establish costs at any point in time.

Up to 6 points in time can be specified by ticking each panel and setting price levels and dates. When the refresh button refresh is pressed, job costs are built up, a bar chart shows comparative amounts and the report is ready to print.
