Summary
When the work is done, and the quote has been accepted, it is time to transfer data to the parent Databuild system.
Details

After nominating a parent Company (It can be your current company, but many like to isolate quotes from work in progress), you can select all or some transfer options:
| Update Jobs. | If the jobs in the parent system does not exist, it is created and all relevant data is copied across |
| Copy Documents. | Documents are copied across to the default locations in the target company |
| Update Contact. | If the Contact in the parent system does not exist, it is created and all relevant data is copied across |
| Copy Dates | Quote Date field 1 to 5 are copied to the corresponding Contact Dates |
| Alter Status | You can alter the status of the current quote |
| Variables | Text and Number Variables are copied to the parent company. These are then avalable for bills, orders etc in the parent company |
| User definable fields. | These can be mapped to different UDfs in the parent Job, Contact and Supplier UDFs. If the parent company is also the current company, Job UDFs are locked on a one to one basis. If you are tranferring to a Supplier UDF, you must also specify the relevany supplier |
| Sales analysis. | The system is dynamically linked to the sales analysis in the current company. However you may also transfer data to Sales analysis in a target company. |
| Create Quantities. | The system copies the bill attached to the selected model, and then for each selected option, adds the bills, items, recipes or macros attached to that option. |
| Run macro. | Finally the system can run any macro in the parent company. Single macros can of course run multiple macros, so the list of functions here is almost endless. Typical functions would be repricing, exploding recipes, sorting, rounding, printing bills and summaries and much more |
