Jobs, Job Control and Front End also have User Definable Dates
These are similar to normal UDFs except that:
| • | Only valid dates are permissible |
| • | There are no prompts |
| • | A calendar pops up when you press the drop down button |
Other Uses
If you set the UDF Date Link on any claim schedule, whenever the schedule is refreshed, the corresponding UDF Dates will be set as the schedule date(s)
If you set the UDF Date Link on any milestone, whenever the schedule is refreshed, the corresponding UDF Date will be updated.
If the same UDF Date Link is set in Claim Schedule, when that milestone is completed, the OK to Claim field is checked in the Claim Schedule.
UDF Dates can also be included in Action Suppression formulae

Copies selected rows
Pastes copied rows into the current fields
Edits names of UDFs. These are common throughout the current company
Edits prompts for the current UDF number
Increases or decreases selected rows by an input number of days, weeks, months or workdays (job control)
