Summary
A routine to update and create prices
Details
The steps:
| • | elect the Extent. Either All items or Selected items |
| • | Select the Source. Either a nominated Price Level, a nominated Supplier or Average Suppliers' Price, where all nominated suppliers for the item's cost centre have their prices averaged using weighting factors attributed them in the Nominated Suppliers routine. Also choose either latest dates, or specify the required source date. |
| • | Select the Target. Either a nominated Price Level or a nominated Supplier. |
| • | Enter the markups (negative for discounts) you want which can be a combination of amount and percentage. Select rounding option |
| • | Select any Options: |
| • | Remove Existing Prices deletes existing prices before adding a new one |
| • | Only Adjust prices if greater works like a ratchet. If you ran two similar updates to the same target, the target would hold the maximum of both sources |
| • | Date Stamp sets the date on the target prices |
| • | Press  |
