The screen contains

3 Radio buttons to set the scope:

The current item (if it is a recipe)
All displayed items. To narrow selections, use search or filters before running this routine
Selected recipes (if any were selected)

3 Check boxes

Delete existing Prices. If not checked the system will add additional price records
Audit Trail. If checked, the system produces a report
Native Cost Centres. If Checked, all ingredient cost centres are set to the cost centres of the ingredient items

Price Level Grid. A check box in the first column lets you select which price levels you want to update.

The system uses the Quantity field to calculate prices of each ingredient, and totals all ingredients to arrive at prices for each recipe.

Sometimes, if you use recipe formulae this can be innacurate:

The final calculation can depend on input information unknown at this stage (due to for instance rounding)
The use of the conditional OnlyIf statements means that some ingredients are not always present.

The solution in these cases is to adjust quantities to reflect likely input and to make sure that the formulae over-ride the quantity, either by generating a workup or by the Quantity = XXX phrase

Bear in mind that once recipes are exploded and repriced, these problems disappear.
