Summary
Manages Users and sets their Options, Security Levels and system Fonts
Details

After selecting a user, various data is shown pertaining to that user:
| • | User Database with buttons to Create, Select and Update the database. User databases hold data that is specific to a single user such as screen sizing and temporary report files. |
| • | Last time that database was accessed. |
| • | The User Security level of the current user. If security levels have been selected for the current company, the current user can only see jobs whose security level is less than or equal to his level. This blocks access to those users |
| • | If you use Job Control and the current user has "Restrict to own jobs" checked in User permissions, then the user will only have access in Job Control to jobs whose Supervisor is included in this field |
| • | A grid of Color and Fonts for various components for that user. Multi line text allows for text in areas such as the in the variations screen. Note: To ensure text appears the same on the previewed variation, use the same font for multi line text and the layout file e.g. .rtf or .lay file. |
| • | To Change colors and fonts, select the type of text you wish to alter, upon clicking on the type of text a black arrow will appear in the gray box to the left of the text type. e.g. Multi Line Text. After selecting the text type, select the set font properties button at the top left of the users setup screen. |

| • | A User permissions tree to control access and other functions. The tree can be expanded and compressed using the + and - buttons. Five buttons maintain the tree: |
Saves changes to the current user. Note that changes are not saved unless this button is pressed
Compresses the tree
Expands the tree
Copies the current user's permissions
Pastes previously copied permissions. Note that this button is only visible if permissions have been previously copied.
Toolbar
Creates a new User
Deletes the current or Selected User(s)
Previews Users Report
Sets the foreground color of the current component for the current user
Sets the background color of the current component for the current user
Sets the font, color and size of the current component for the current user
