Variable Prompts

Summary

Text Variable grids have a drop down box to prompt suggested entries. This table holds those prompts for each Variable

Below the Text Variable grid:

       to add a new Text Variable

       to DELETE the current or selected Text variable

Below the Prompts grid:

       to add a new Prompt for the current Text Variable

       to DELETE the current or selected Prompts

Scan Menu

               Bills of Quantities        Scans bills in the current Job Database and adds any text variables found to the list

               Price List Templates        Scans price list in the current System Database and adds any text variables found to the list

               Stored Job Variables        Scans variables in the current Job Database and adds any prompts found to the list

               Previews Report

               Closes the routine
