Front End is a powerful but easy-to-use sales estimating system designed to be suitable for sales staff, estimators and home builders alike.

Front End:

• Produces professional sales tenders, contracts, specifications, and sales analyses instantly.
• Works with Databuild for Windows for simple transfer and integration of data.
• Allows close control of quoting options.
• Lets you build itemised quotations and costings on screen and in front of potential clients – perfect for the sale environment.
• Organises and compares quotations automatically.
• Monitors margins and pricing.  

Front End is a highly effective sales-oriented system that is ideal for larger operators or project home builders.

OPTIONS 

Options including mini-bills, recipes, specific individual items, macros or combinations of all of these.

All options may be customised for individual users.

RUNNING FRONT END 

The Main Screen 

Sales staff have the benefit of monitoring all relevant data for any particular sale on only one screen.

Selected items and quantities are displayed in the lower section of the window. Users select the items and quantities to be included in the proposal.

Proposals 

Users generate and format uniform proposals including customised and personalised text.

Updating Databuild for Windows 

When a quote is accepted, collected data is easily transferred to the parent Databuild system.

An update window lets users set up a new job in the parent Databuild system that includes all new client details and job data.

Sales Analysis 

Graphical illustration of sales figures and data lets users keep track of quotes, sales and take-up rates.

Documents and Emails 

The Documents screen lets you format, view and forward documents to clients by email.
