The Software Support Team are the Databuild experts, and are able to provide you with knowledge, advice and troubleshooting both over the phone, and by email enquiry.
The helpdesk is staffed between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm AEST. We also provide an out of hours voicemail and email service. Please leave a message along with a contact phone number and we will call you back as soon as possible. Please note that at certain times of the year due to the high volume of calls and emails received, you might experience a delay before we can respond.
