- Exclusive Online Training & Workshops: Participate in our Online Training Workshops, ensuring your team is proficient with the latest features and best practices.
- Third-Party Support: Basic support for third parties such as your IT providers and accountants, facilitating server migrations, database format conversions and troubleshooting.
- Feature Request Submissions: Submit requests for new software features, which will be considered for future development to better meet your business needs.
Should You Choose Not to Renew?
- Phone Support Fees: A support fee will be charged at a set rate per 10-minute block for any phone support requests.
- No Email Support: Email support will not be available.
- Higher Cost for Additional Licences: Any additional licence purchases will be charged at a higher price (only eligible for versions 2.71 or later).
- No Licence Deactivations: Licence deactivation requests will not be available.
- Payroll Integration Disabled: The integration and functionality of KeyPay / Employment Hero within Databuild will be disabled.
- No Access to Workshops: Without a subscription, you will not be able to participate in our online training workshops.
